Requirements / Eligibility:    
Open to current MLIS students.  Awarded for the best paper on government information or publications. Papers can be about government publications, data files, cartographic resources, or government information policies.  Students do not need to be presently enrolled in a government information course – papers from a past course can be submitted, as long as: the authors are still enrolled at SLIS, the paper has never been published, and the content is up-to-date.
